Meet the artist
Hello, I’m Marie, the artist behind Dumont Design, founded in 2015. I’ve been passionate about drawing for as long as I can remember—legend has it I was born with a pencil in hand. My quest for the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality is never-ending… and one I probably enjoy a little too much! I mainly collaborate with small businesses and organizations, many of them led by women entrepreneurs.
The flexibility of owning my own business allows me to spend more time outdoors, where nature continues to inspire my work. I value open, positive communication with my clients because I believe that sharing ideas (even the wild ones!) leads to truly unique creations.
Fun stuff that makes me unique:
I'm boho and a little woo-woo, but also incredibly down-to-earth and nerdy. Animals are my absolute favorite; without my wonderful family, I'd probably be a crazy cat lady. My home is filled with plants, and my small garden overflows with herbs.
